EARLY TALENT TRAINING
THE LEARNING PRODUCT
EARLY TALENT DEVELOPMENT: PRESENTING TO THE C-SUITE
Over the course of a summer internship at Company X, interns attend 4 presentation training sessions that prepare early talent to deliver high-level report outs of their summer projects to an executive audience. Because each of the interns works for a different department and has a different schedule, a flexible and collaborative tool is a must. To deliver, a Miro board integrates all of the training resources for these sessions.

BEHAVIOR
Leadership evaluations demonstrate that the interns modified their behavior positively
Peer evaluations after the final report-out to senior staff also support positive behavioral changes
RESULTS
Interns receive a leg up against peers competing in the job market by having high-level report-out training and experience.
Business better understands which problems have been improved, solved, or created as a result of the interns' work.
The HR team is also able to determine impact of training by evaluating internal job placement of interns before and after training.
