About Me

LEARNING AT GEMBA

I believe the most meaningful learning doesn’t happen in perfect conditions—it happens in the wild.

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked across corporate and academic spaces designing learning experiences for adults who are balancing real challenges, real constraints, and real expectations. Along the way, I’ve built a career that blends instructional design, education, and project management to create learning that actually translates into practice.

My approach is simple: design for reality. That means moving beyond theory and into experiences that ask people to think, decide, and apply what they know in ways that reflect their day-to-day work.

I am passionate about creating learning that’s useful, relevant, and grounded in how people actually grow. And I bring that same mindset to how I work—collaborative, focused, and committed to delivering something that makes a difference.

*While I had fun generating these images using AI, these experiences still remain on my bucket list. Though I am not a trained animal-handler, I am qualified to build, curate, and handle learning environments of any nature.

CORE WORK VALUES

CARE

It is an honor to be trusted with the personal and professional development of teams, and as such I take great care in developing experiences that impact others’ growth and success.

INTEGRITY

I believe a person’s word is still one of their most important assets.

I’m committed to delivering top-tier learning experiences on time. When projects encounter risk, I act quickly and promote transparency.

CREATIVITY

I live for moments when the spark becomes a flame. Endeavoring to build something new that closes an authentic gap and making unique connections to drive unique impacts are just a few ways my work feeds the fire.
