As a Learning and Development Leader with nearly two decades of experience in adult education, I develop and drive the strategy and execution of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, boost productivity, and drive organizational growth.

Leveraging data-driven insights, I identify skill gaps and create engaging, practical learning solutions that align with your company’s goals. My expertise spans e-learning development, workshop facilitation, leadership development, and performance coaching, ensuring your workforce stays competitive and motivated.

When a training solution won’t close the gap, I’m a systems-driven professional equipped to lead and rollout projects that will: process improvements, root-cause analysis, 80/20, performance management programs, and low-investment automations.

With years of experience as a professor, a sales trainer, and a customer service training and development leader, I have an eye for detail and a brain for analysis. I’ll evaluate gaps, identify countermeasures, and deploy solutions that create impact. If a learning intervention isn’t the right countermeasure, I’ll be transparent.

I take great pride in building positive and impactful experiences for team members as they develop new skills and learn new behaviors. I work hard to get 360° perspectives and engage all stakeholders in the development and rollout of programs. I’m sensitive to the fact that change is not easy for all and take steps to ensure teams are supported with change management plans as a part of sustainment.

As such, I integrate current technologies into programs and products where it makes sense and yields optimal outcomes. I also continuously solicit feedback by using voice of the customer methodology to ensure I hit the quality mark.
