In 2019 a franchise organization comprising 1,900 franchisees identified a gap in sales performance across the board. As a result, the organization deployed a strategy team to address these gaps.
As a leader of this strategy team, I drilled to root causes of declined sales performance and isolated training opportunities.
Franchisees were not buying into the business system's sales practices due to knowledge gaps, overwhelm, low self-confidence in performing proven sales processes, and decreasing motivation to develop good sales habits and techniques.
