CONTEXT

In 2019 a franchise organization comprising 1,900 franchisees identified a gap in sales performance across the board. As a result, the organization deployed a strategy team to address these gaps. 

 

As a leader of this strategy team, I drilled to root causes of declined sales performance and isolated training opportunities. 

PAIN POINT

Franchisees were not buying into the business system's sales practices due to knowledge gaps, overwhelm, low self-confidence in performing proven sales processes, and decreasing motivation to develop good sales habits and techniques. 

THE SOLUTION

A MICRO-LEARNING VIDEO LIBRARY

A video library with peer testimonials would

  1. demonstrate the connection between processes and success

  2. allow franchisees to access training on-demand and on-the-go

  3. support franchisees in developing the habits of the system

  4. motivate by certifying learners in each of the training concepts

  • 18 training videos

  • One focus per video

  • 5-7 minutes and includes a peer testimonial

  • Upon successful completion of the assessment, each participant automatically receives a certificate via email
